Dental Implants

Titanium metal implants are placed into the bone by a periodontist or oral surgeon. Dr. Perlmutter then performs prosthetic work to attach crowns and/or bridges to the implants. Removable dentures can be attached to implants, making the dentures very secure. (see also Mini-Dental Implants ).
